Where Did We Spring From?
Founded in 1987 as a division of QP Fruit & Vegetable Wholesalers in the Perth City Markets at the old Wellington Street site (now Harbour Town), in 1989 Everbloom Flowers Pty Ltd was sold to the Conti/Vry family and moved to the new flower markets at Northwood Street, Leederville, with a branch at the new Canning Vale Markets.
In 1994 the Conti/Vry family sold Everbloom to the current owners, Leo Foster his wife Dot Lenthall and Dot’s brother Harry Lenthall, and in 2000 the Foster/Lenthall family centralised their operations to Leederville, where Everbloom has become a landmark of the flower and allied trade establishments of Northwood Street. In addition to their storage and production warehouse, the Everbloom operation features a second warehouse containing a flower market showroom and sales floor, and a warehouse sales outlet offering floristry related products.
From a staff of around seven in 1994, Everbloom now has a staff of 21, with the majority working on customer service in the flower market showroom and sales floor and in the floristry related sales outlet.
