Trading Policy

We are primarily a wholesaler of cut flowers, plants and florist’s supplies. If you buy from us for the purpose of reselling and in wholesale quantities you will have absolute priority over all other customers regarding availability, price and service-including at the counter. We could offer no less as your livelihood depends on this. 

Our policy with specific and special orders (weddings, functions etc) is to not absolutely guarantee supply (of specific colours etc) until they are in our possession to avoid any possible disappointment. If there is any doubt we will encourage you to have an alternative back up scheme (colour etc). We will, however, give you the clearest indication and update you at all times as to how confident you can be (or otherwise) of obtaining your exact requirements. We are after all, dealing with a fragile, perishable, fresh product that is subject to the vagaries of nature and man.

We accept Cash, Visa , MasterCard and EFTPOS as means of payment. We accept cheques only with valid identification and reserve the right to refuse. Accounts are subject to an application including 3 credit references and possibly director’s guarantees depending on the amount of credit provided. Accounts are run on a strictly 30 days net basis. Diner’s Card and American Express only accepted with prior arrangement and subject to a surcharge.
